This is a new PC I've built and have used on a few other PCs in the past.
I've read that it could be an IPv6 issue, but I've tried all the fixes that I've found and nothing is working.
The only other information I've been able to find that would be related is this:
Multiplayer won't connect to any games
However, I'm hoping someone here has had the same problem and can help me.
Thanks.
Edit: Using Google Chrome, Windows 10.
Edit 2: I fixed the IPv6 issue. I had a router issue and changed the settings. I have no idea why that fixed the problem, but I'm glad it did.

It's finally here: the first full trailer for Doctor Strange, starring Benedict Cumberbatch as the Sorcerer Supreme, has been released!
And though we still don't know what the second trailer will look like, here's the first.
Based on the comic book by C. Robert Cargill, Stephen Strange is a former neurosurgeon who loses a hand in an accident and must find the mystical Ancient One's missing book before his cancer returns. It's the first in a series of solo films, but though Cumberbatch's Strange is a new character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Strange doesn't exactly operate alone.
Head here to read more on the new trailer and Benedict Cumberbatch's explanation of the character.
Doctor Strange hits theaters November 4, 2016.

Doctor Strange on Facebook:A new study by academics from Princeton University and Stanford University suggests that Google’s neural network is sometimes being subtly swayed by its own biases and that its decision making process is not as neutral and objective as it might seem.
The study was conducted in the hopes of finding a new explanation for the tendency of people to search for similar things to what they are looking for at that moment. For example, when you type “sushi” into a Google search box, you might see something like this:
